Dr. Neveen Abdelkader is responsible for more than a role inside Valeo Egypt, Starting by setting the strategy and direction for the collaboration frameworks between Valeo and Universities in Egypt, While building innovative programs to cater for internal business needs in terms of young talent training and development. Neveen is responsible for filling the gap between the undergraduates skills and the industry needs through availing diverse training programs, Thus maximizing the readiness of students right before graduation. She is also responsible for Valeo’s post graduate studies program to maximize the benefits of the employees and ensure the leveraging of their technical knowledge in research and development. Besides her mission, she is alslo responsible for the digital factory team as part of the digital transformation process for transferring the learning methodologies to e-Learning using the latest trends in the learning industry. Another role is Managing the digital transformation of internal trainings across Valeo Group to digitalized content through eLearning trending technologies to maximize the learners’ base and drive their engagement and learning benefits.
